• The Gap: Identify what you currently lack in your education or experiences that further study at UWF can help you address. Be specific about your academic and career goals and how this scholarship will facilitate your growth.
• Personality: Reflect on personal values, interests, and unique qualities that make you a strong candidate. Include anecdotes or moments that reveal your character and commitment to your community.

Creating an Outline

Structure your essay logically. Start with a compelling introduction that draws the reader in with a specific moment or story.
