• Airbus challenges students worldwide to innovate for the future of aviation. Airbus is constantly looking for new, better ways to fly and that’s what Fly Your Ideas is all about.
• Students are invited to submit ideas that address one of the six challenges of aviation: Energy; Efficiency; Affordable Growth; Traffic Growth; Passenger Experience or Community Friendliness.
• Register your team and submit your idea by 1 December 2014.
• The final will take place in June 2015, when the top five selected teams will present their ideas to a panel of Airbus and industry experts
• Fly Your Ideas is open to teams of 3 to 5 students of any nationality or discipline. You can create a team with friends on campus, or with other like-minded students from anywhere in the world.
• Our experience – and the research backs it up - shows us that diversity is a driver of innovation and performance, so to enter our challenge, we encourage students to work in teams that are as diverse as possible.
• In particular, we encourage you to include students from different disciplines in your teams, from engineering to marketing, science to design.
