• This program is open to students who are members of UMC congregations within the Rio Texas Conference at any academic level from high school seniors to college seniors.
• Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll full-time at a college or university in any state to work on their first undergraduate degree.
• Selection is based on merit, but that may be defined in terms of academic scholarship, church involvement, other services, special vocational preparation for ministry, financial need, or a combination of those factors.
