• This program is open to women who are attending or have been accepted by an accredited college, university, or vocational/trade school.
• Applicants may reside in any state, but they must be sponsored by a member of the Bay Area (San Francisco) Chapter of WOA (including relatives).
• The sponsor does not need to be an active AT&T employee but may be retired or an associate WOA member.
• Applicants must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Selection is based on that essay, academic standing, extracurricular activities, community service and volunteer activities, and work experience.
