• This program is open to graduating high school seniors, GED recipients, and current college students who have been residents of Connecticut during the preceding 12 months.
• Applicants must come from a Latino background and have a GPA of 2.75 or higher.
• They must be enrolled or planning to enroll full-time at an accredited institution of higher education in any state.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status is required.
• Selection is based on academic achievement, financial need, community service, and an essay on how they feel education is going to impact their ability to pursue their education.
