• This program is open to college-bound high school seniors, college students, and technical school students who have a bleeding disorder and are receiving treatment in Tennessee.
• Their children, spouses, and guardians are also eligible.
• Applicants must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher and be enrolled or planning to enroll fulltime at a college or university in any state.
• They must submit a 500word essay on their life goals, a resume, 3 letters of recommendation, proof of enrollment, and documentation of community service of at least 10 hours per semester.
• Financial need is considered in the selection process.
