• Veterans discharged under honorable conditions
• Children, stepchildren, adopted children, grandchildren, or dependents of veterans up to 27 years old
• Spouses of veterans in current marital status

• This program is open to residents of the greater Cincinnati area of Ohio who is graduating high school seniors or students already enrolled at a college, university, or vocational/technical school in any state.
• Applicants must be 1) a veteran of the U.S. armed forces who was discharged under honorable conditions and who either served on active duty for reasons other than training or, while serving on active duty for training, incurred a service-connected disability;….
• They must be attending or planning to attend a college, university, or vocational/technical school in any state.
• Selection is based on academic achievement, community involvement, school activities, and financial need.
