• This program is open to high school seniors; high school students in early graduation programs; high school graduates; junior college, technical, and vocational students; and college, university, and graduate students.
• Applicants must be Job's Daughters in good standing in their Bethels; unmarried majority members under 30 years of age are also eligible.
• Selection is based on scholastic standing, Job's Daughters activities, recommendation by the Executive Bethel Guardian Council, faculty recommendations, and achievements outside Job's Daughters.
