• This program is open to members of 4-H who are graduating high school or home school seniors planning to enroll at an accredited 2- or 4-year college or university in any state.
• Priority is given to students enrolled in the Modoc County 4-H program, but members of the Lassen and Siskiyou County 4-H programs are encouraged to apply.
• Applicants must submit 1) a 1,000-word personal narrative that includes specific examples of how they are implementing the life skills they learned in 4-H throughout their daily life; 2) their 4-H Record Book; 3) transcripts, including SAT or ACT scores;….
