• This program is open to residents of New York who are entering the second, third, or fourth year in a 2-, 4-, or 5-year program or the first year of a graduate program at an institution of higher education in any state.
• Applicants must be interested in preparing for a career in the highway construction industry and be working on a degree in construction technology/management or civil engineering.
• They must be enrolled full-time and have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status is required.
• Selection is based on grades, extracurricular activities, employment experience, evaluations, and interest in the construction industry.
