• This program is open to children and spouses of full-time employees of an OCAPA member company who have been employed for at least 1 year.
• Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll fulltime as an undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited 2- or 4-year college, university, or vocational/technical school in any state.
• They must submit a brief statement of their goals and aspirations.
• Selection is based on that statement, academic record, demonstrated leadership and participation in school and community activities, honors, work experience, and unusual personal or family circumstances.
• Financial need is not considered.
