• This program is open to U.S. citizens who are currently serving on active duty in the U.S. Navy or Naval Reserve, including Full-Time Support (FTS), Selected Reserves (SELRES), and Navy Reservists on active duty, except for those on active duty for training (ACDUTRA).
• Applicants must be high school graduates (or GED recipients) who are able to complete the requirements for a baccalaureate degree in 36 months or less.
• They may apply to the core program or a target group option.
• The core program allows participants the most flexibility in selecting majors and requesting schools to attend.
• When they complete their degree requirements, they must be younger than 31 years of age.
• Within the past 3 years, they must have taken the SAT (and achieved scores of at least 500 on the mathematics section and 500 on the evidence-based reading and writing or critical reading section) or the ACT (and achieved a score of at least 21 on the mathematics portion and 2….
