• This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Arapahoe, Douglas, or Elbert counties of Colorado who have been accepted into an accredited college, university, or trade/technical school in any state.
• Applicants must be the child or grandchild of an active military or military veterans (living or deceased).
• Associated with Vietnam veteran PTSD; or 5) what Americans have learned from the Vietnam War.
• Authors of outstanding essays are invited to be interviewed.
